So, yesterday I had a really bad day at work - accidentally ticked off a few customers. It was, in fact, the very first time I've had a customer call management to complain about me. Thankfully, nothing came of it.
My usual tradition when I've had a bad day is to eat. So I swing by Tesoro and grab some Dr Pepper and Bacon Cheeseburgers (I love me some bacon). Now, I was feeling kind of sick all day - specifically, I was kind of shaky. Not paying attention to this warning sign, and because I really wanted to eat, I cook up the burgers and chow down.
Biggest. Mistake. Of. My. Life.
Turns out that shaky feeling was the opening stage of the flu. Oily foods and the flu do not mix. I have now been paying for this mistake by attempting to eject my insides via profuse vomiting.
I don't know if I can look at bacon or a burger the same way ever again. It's disgusting even to think about it.
